John Nussbaum
Owner/President
I am the owner and president of Coldwell Banker Quest, and have been in residential and commercial real estate sales since 1986. After graduating from Mount Vernon High School in 1983, I attended Capital University, Mount Vernon Nazarene University and the Hondros College of Real Estate where I obtained my license to practice the real estate business.
Prior to starting Coldwell Banker Quest in 1995, I was a sales associate for Steve Mullendore and Associates, Inc which has been in business since 1981. The transformation from Mullendore and Associates to Coldwell Banker Quest gave my partner Steve and I the opportunity to bring local real estate to a national level and allowed us the opportunity to keep up with the ever changing technologies and advancements in the real estate business.
I am a member of the Knox County Board of Realtors, Columbus Board of Realtors, Ohio Association of Realtors, and National Association of Realtors. I have served as the President for the Knox County Board of Realtors in 2003, President of the Mount Vernon Rotary Club in 2005 and have been a member of Coldwell Banker International's Sterling Society, Diamond Society and Presidents Circle. Other achievements include the Ohio Association of Realtors Award of Achievement and Award of Distinction over the past 15 years.
I believe that real estate clients are entitled to the same level of competence from their sales associate as they would expect from their accountant, lawyer or doctor. I have been a resident of Knox County since 1973 and currently reside here with my wife Cindy, and my 3 daughters, Abbey, Emily, and Maggie. My hobbies include golfing, cooking, hunting, woodworking, and landscaping.
I look forward to the opportunity of assisting you in all of your real estate needs.
